Unboxing The Canon PIXMA TR7520 Printer:

  • Open the box and take the box contents out of the box.
  • Take the Canon printer out of the box.
  • Place the printer on a flat surface.
  • Remove all protective tapes around the printer.
  • Open the scanning unit and remove the orange protective tape from inside the printer.
  • Once the protective tape is removed, close the scanning unit.
  • Open the document cover and take the Styrofoam sheet.
  • Close the document cover.
  • Pull the cassette completely out of the printer and remove the orange protective tape.
  • Insert the cassette into the printer.
  • Now, connect one end of the given power cord to the printer power socket and the other end to an electrical outlet.
  • Lift the operational panel and then press the power button to turn ON the printer.

Steps To Install Ink Tanks On The Canon TR7520 Printer:

  • Make sure the Canon printer is turned ON.
  • Open the scanning unit and wait until the print head holder stops.
  • Take the Magenta ink tank out of the package and hold the ink tank on the sides.
  • Gently remove the orange protective tape and the orange cap from the ink tank.
  • Insert the ink tank into the print head holder and gently press the ink tank until you hear a snap sound.
  • Repeat the above step to install the other ink tanks into the print head holder.
  • Follow the ink pattern mentioned above the holder. From left to right, do follow this order- Magenta, Black, Yellow, Pigmented Black (PGBK), and Cyan.
  • Once all the ink tanks are inserted into the printer, close the scanning unit.
  • Finally, the ink installation is complete.

Steps To Load Paper On The Canon Printer:

  • First, lift the operational panel.
  • Pull the paper cassette completely out off the printer and take the cassette cover.
  • Slide the paper guides to the end of the cassette.
  • Load the paper stack into the cassette with the print side facing down and then adjust the paper guides to hold the edges of the paper stack.
  • Replace the cassette cover above the paper stack and insert the cassette into the printer until it stops.
  • Now, pull out the paper output tray and then open the output tray extension.

Steps To Load Paper Into The Rear Tray:

  • On top of the Canon TR7520 printer, open the rear tray cover and then pull out the paper support until it stops.
  • Now, open the feed slot cover.
  • Slide the paper guides to the end of the rear tray feeder.
  • Load the paper into the feed slot with the printing side facing upward.
  • Adjust the paper guide to hold the paper, and then close the feed slot cover.
  • Pull the paper output tray and then open the output tray extension.

How To Install Drivers For The Canon TR7520 Printer:

  • Insert the given Setup CD-ROM into your Windows computer. If your computer has no CD drive, no need to worry; follow the below steps to download the printer driver.
  • Launch the default web browser on the Windows computer and go to the official Canon support website.
  • Type your printer name or model in the search box and then press Enter key.
  • Locate your printer name and then click to download the full package driver from the Canon website.
